He/she should exhibit exemplary leadership skills to be a good leader, and he/she should lead through service in addition to understanding the importance of keeping his/her followers motivated. Je suis inspiree par la violence faite aux femmes car voyez-vous il y a pas mal de femmes qui sont victimes partout dans leur foyer, leur travail parce qu'elles sont des femmes. Particulièrement dans mon pays ces abus sont très courants et c'est pour cela que je me suis engagée dans le mouvement feministe afin de faire respecter les droits des femmes partout ailleurs.
